Turnip broth

Ingredient

 

1 radish
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons potato starch
White pepper in moderation
A moderate amount of salt
3 root shallot
100-150 grams of meat

 

Steps

Radish wash, spring onion three, meat right amount.

2 Radishes don’t need to be peeled Then cut into slices. Finely chop the chives.

Add a pinch of salt to the minced meat ,white pepper, starch, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce.

Stir well.

Put water in the pot, add the carrot slices, cover the pot and bring to a boil.Use chopsticks or a small spoon to pick the minced meat into small balls, one by one into the soup, and add a little salt.

In a soup bowl, add scallions and a little white pepper.

 Pour the turnip soup into the bowl,poured on the green onion, to stimulate the aroma.

Notice

White radish in winter, tender and juicy, is an essential winter dish.
