
Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs(糖醋排骨)
Ingredient
500 g pork chop |
15 ~ 20 g sugar |
1 tablespoon cooking wine |
2 tablespoons light soy sauce |
4 tablespoons white vinegar |
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce |
1 grain of aniseed |
2 small bay leaves |
A spring Onions |
Three slices of ginger |
1 teaspoon 5ml, 1 tablespoon 15ml |

Rinse ribs. |

Pour cold water into the pot, bring the ribs to the boil, remove and drain.

Pour oil and rock sugar into the pan.

Heat over medium heat until caramelized, turn to low heat. |
