Sweet and sour lotus root

Sweet and sour lotus root (糖醋藕丁)

Ingredient

 

1 lotus root
A moderate amount of chopped green onion
A moderate amount of starch
A moderate amount of white vinegar
A moderate amount of chicken
A moderate amount of salt
A moderate amount of sugar
Amount of dark soy sauce

 

Steps

1 Remove the skin and dice the lotus root,Chopped spring Onions.  
2 Blanch lotus root for later use
3 Sweet and sour sauce: 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of chicken essence, 1 tablespoon of salt,

Starch juice: potato starch 1 teaspoon, add water to prepare reserve

 
 4  When the oil is hot, stir-fry the lotus root and add the sweet and sour sauce  
 5  Add starch water

Saute to dry, sprinkle with scallion, done!
