
Sweet and Sour Fish (糖醋鱼)
Ingredient
1 fish |
30 grams of white vinegar |
20 g Sugar |
Cooking wine 2 tablespoons |
3 g Salt |
A moderate amount of chicken essence |
20 g Ginger |
150 g water |
2 tablespoons tomato sauce |
A moderate amount of starch |
1 tomato |
A moderate amount of MSG |
Steps

Clean the carp, dry the water, a few cuts on the fish. |

Wash the scallion, ginger and cilantro, chop the scallion , peel and slice the ginger. Peel and dice tomatoes. |

Daub the fish with cooking wine. Marinate for 10 minutes. Coat with flour evenly. |

Heat up the pan with oil, heat up the oil and put the fish into the pan, fry it until it is golden and take it out.. |

Leave the oil in the pan and fry the tomatoes, then add the vinegar, sugar and salt and stir well. Pour in tomato sauce and stir fry. Add water and bring to a boil. Bring to a simmer to thicken. |

DPlace the Fried fish in a dish without oil or water. sweet and sour sauce and pour it, over the fish. |

Notice
Add half a bowl of water to the pan and simmer the fish for 3-5 minutes. It’s much better than just pouring it. (add water according to the size of the fish)
When we say moderate, we mean how much depends on the amount of food. It doesn’t have to be a few grams. It’s a good dish if it tastes right to you.
