Stir-fry garlic shoots with Dried bean curd (蒜苗炒豆干)



A moderate amount of pork
A bit of carrot
A moderate amount of Dried bean curd
A handful of garlic shoots
2 green and red peppers
2 clove of garlic
A moderate amount of oil
One scoop of light soy sauce
A small amount of oyster sauce





To prepare: cut lean pork into strips and marinate with light soy sauce for 10 minutes. Fat cut strips, carrots, dried beans, garlic shoots cut strips.


2 Pour some oil into the pan, the oil is half hot. Add the fat and Fry the fat out. Stir in the lean meat and cook for 30 seconds.  

Add the carrots and the roots of the garlic shoots. Add a little sugar and stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce.


Add the garlic shoots, dried beans, peppers, and garlic。


Add oyster sauce and salt before serving (the amount depends on personal taste)

And when we say moderate, we mean how much depending on the amount of ingredients. It doesn’t have to be a few grams. As long as you feel delicious is a good dish.
