Stir-fried tofu with minced meat (肉末炒豆腐)

Ingredient

1 box of tender tofu
80 g minced meat
One dried mushroom
A little red pepper
Some chopped green onion
A little water starch
1.5 teaspoons of soy sauce
Some salt
Proper amount of edible oil

Steps

1 Soak the mushrooms until soft in advance (soak the mushrooms in water, keep), dice the mushrooms and set aside.
2 Add the mushrooms/garlic/a little salt/soy sauce/half a spoon of cooking oil into the pork and stir well.
3 Add a little oil in the wok (olive oil is selected to reduce fat ~), when heated to 70%, add minced meat and stir-fry until done. Add minced garlic and pepper and stir fry for a while. Then add half bowl of mushroom water and bring to boil.
4 Cut the tender tofu into chunks (about 2*2cm) and gently pour into the pot.
5 Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce and a dash of white pepper. Pour in water starch (2 tablespoons cornflour +1/3 bowl of water) and turn to medium heat without covering the pot.
6 When the sauce boils, don’t cook the sauce too dry,Remove and sprinkle with scallion

Notice

Because tofu is tender, be careful when you stir it.
