Stir-fried cauliflower with tomatoes  (番茄菜花)

Ingredient

 

Half a cauliflower
10 Chinese prickly ash
3 g of salt
1 tomato

 

Steps

Cauliflower cut small Blanch and set aside.

Peel and dice the tomatoes.

Heat the wok, pour oil, put Chinese prickly ash stir-fry, remove. Stir-fry the cauliflower for 2 minutes.

 
4 Add the tomatoes and saute for a while

Season with salt and serve.

 

Notice

When cauliflower is blanched. Drop 2 drops of oil in water and a little salt. This way the cauliflower can stay green.

Don’t blanch too long, or it won’t taste good.
