Stir-fried cauliflower with tomatoes (番茄菜花)

10 Chinese prickly ash | |
3 g of salt | |
1 tomato |

Cauliflower cut small Blanch and set aside.

Peel and dice the tomatoes. |

Heat the wok, pour oil, put Chinese prickly ash stir-fry, remove. Stir-fry the cauliflower for 2 minutes. |

Notice
When cauliflower is blanched. Drop 2 drops of oil in water and a little salt. This way the cauliflower can stay green.
Don’t blanch too long, or it won’t taste good.
