Stir-fried beans with minced meat (肉末豆角)

Ingredient

 

Green bean 500 grams
A moderate amount of  oil
A moderate amount of salt
Cooking wine, 1 spoon
1 scoop of starch
Dark soy sauce in moderation
1 spoonful of sugar
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
A moderate amount of garlic
A moderate amount of green Onions
5 g small red pepper (do not eat spicy can not put)
200 g pork

1 teaspoon cooking wine, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon starch, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, mix well, marinate minced meat for 10 minutes

Stir – fry the beans in a pan. Add a little water as you cook. Be sure to add a small amount several times to make the beans easier to ripen and green in color.

After the beans are cooked, add the Fried minced meat, add the right amount of salt, stir fry evenly.

Notice

Add a small amount of water while stir-frying the beans in the wok, be sure to add it little by little, this will make the beans easier to cook, and the color is green.
