Sticky Glutinous Rice Chicken Dumplings (糯米鸡肉粽子)

There are many salty and sweet sticky rice dumplings. Today I will teach you to make a salty sticky rice dumplings。


1000 g glutinous rice(You can make about 30 sticky rice dumplings)
600g chicken leg meat with skin
80 g little mushroom
180 g salty yolk
Bacon seasoning
1 onion
1 small piece of ginger
30g light soy sauce
15 g dark soy sauce
3 grams of umami soy sauce
One gram of five-spice powder
1 g white pepper
15 grams of brown sugar

25 grams of oil
