Stewed pig’s feet with soybean (黄豆炖猪蹄)

Ingredient

1 pig’s feet  only
1 anise
 4 slices ginger
 A small bowl of beans
 Cinnamon 1 piece
 Five Rock candy
 Cooking wine 3 spoon
 A little salt
 Bay leaf 2 slices
 Six dried chilies
 1 the onion
 4 tablespoons dark soy sauce
 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

 

Steps

1 Soya beans are soaked a day early

Pig trotters cut into small pieces, cold water pot add two tablespoons of cooking wine, add ginger slices blanch.

Remove the trotters and rinse with water

 4 Add a little oil, add rock sugar, and saute to caramel color.

Stir-fry the trotters evenly

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, stir-fry evenly, add cold water and bring to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the beans and simmer for 20 minutes

Dry up the broth in the pan. Done!

 

Notice

Like to eat soft, should be pressed in advance with a pressure cooker for 15 to 20 minutes before cooking better.
