Steamed egg with minced meat and tofu

 

Steamed egg with minced meat and tofu (肉末豆腐蒸蛋)

Ingredient

 

A moderate amount of minced meat
A moderate amount of green Onions
A moderate amount of ginger
An appropriate amount of peppercorns
1 teaspoon sugar
Half a teaspoon of dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 small spoon of salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 box of lactone tofu
2 eggs

 

Steps

Cut the tofu into chunks and place in a bowl.

Whisk the eggs and add a tablespoon of salt. After beating, add an equal amount of cooled boiling water to the egg mixture.

Pour the egg mixture into the chopped tofu

Cover with plastic wrap and make small holes in it with a toothpick. Place in a steamer with and steam for 20 minutes.(Wait for the water to boil before adding the egg liquid to start steaming)

Ginger, spring Onions, chopped

Heat oil in wok, add peppercorns and stir fry minced meat and ginger until the minced meat is white.

Add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and half a tablespoon dark soy sauce a spoonful of sugar.

Stir well. Pour the minced meat into the tofu steamed eggs and sprinkle with scallions. Drizzle a spoonful of sesame oil over steamed  eggs.

 

 

Notice

Mix the minced meat with the steamed tofu eggs and eat them together or separately All right.
