Spring rolls


Leeks. 100-200 grams

Bean sprouts, 100-200 grams
Minced pork, 500g

Bean sprouts, leek wash and cut into small sections


Bean sprouts, leek, minced meat, salt, MSG, pepper, powder, a little soy sauce, a little cooking oil mix well.Mix well and let stand for 10-20 minutes.


A little flour mixed with water to make paste, do the spring roll seal with.


Take a piece of spring roll wrapper, put in the right amount of filling, first roll up one side of the filling, until the filling is completely covered, then fold the left and right sides of the spring roll inward, and then continue to roll up the spring roll


Finally, apply the batter to the seal and press gently to make it firm.


Once the spring rolls are ready, heat the oil to 70% and fry over medium heat until golden on both sides.



Be sure to let the filling sit for a while after you’ve mixed it. This will make the filling taste better and won’t prick the skin of the spring roll with leeks or bean sprouts.
