Spicy beer marinated quail eggs


Spicy beer marinated quail eggs (香辣啤酒卤鹌鹑蛋)



350 ml beer
8 g Rock sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
The old  soy  sauce 1 scoop
Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon bean paste
A little Chinese prickly ash
Three dried chilies
Cinnamon 1 piece
Bay leaf 2 slices
a garlic
Green Chinese onion 2 paragraph
Quail eggs 500g
2 slices ginger





Prepare the ingredients you need.


2 Place the quail eggs in a pan and cook for 10 minutes. remove and place in cold water after cooking.  

Remove the shell from the quail eggs and cut the eggs 3 times with a knife.



Heat up a wok with cooking oil, add ginger, scallion and garlic and saute until fragrant, add 1 teaspoon of bean paste and stir fry.


Add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, sichuan peppercorns, dried chilli and rock sugar and saute until the ice suger melts.


Add quail eggs, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.


Pour in the beer and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

 8  Finally, let the broth dry  
 9  The finished product  



Cut quail eggs lightly, not too much, or they will be incomplete.
