 spicy and sour black fungus (酸辣木耳)

Ingredient

 

A moderate amount of sugar
 1 parsley
 A moderate amount of Sesame oil
 A moderate amount of Sesame oil
 An appropriate amount of extremely delicious soy sauce
 A moderate amount of vinegar
 5 clove of garlic
 Moderate amount of peanut
A moderate amount of red peppers
A moderate amount of blak fungus

 

Steps

Soak the black fungus in water for 20 minutes. Boil for another 2 minutes. Chop the red pepper, chop the garlic. Fry the peanuts until done.

 
2 Pour a small amount of hot oil over the chilies and minced garlic. Add sugar, taste extremely fresh soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, salt to taste. Add a little sesame oil.

 

Notice

Don’t eat spicy can put less or no pepper.
