Spiced Salt Shrimp (椒盐虾)

Ingredient

500g shrimp
4-5 teaspoons of spiced salt
A quarter of an onion
8 clove of garlic
A quarter of a green pepper
A quarter of a red pepper
A spoonful of cooking wine
A spoonful of soy sauce
2-3 teaspoons of starch

Steps
