Scrambled eggs with green pepper and ham (青椒火腿炒鸡蛋)



Two eggs
A green pepper
Ham 2 root
1 scoop Soya sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Proper amount of black pepper





Cut the ham and green pepper , Beat the eggs. Heat the oil in the pan and pour in the eggs.


2 Stir-fry ham and green pepper with oil in the wok for one minute, add the eggs, add a spoon of oyster sauce a spoon of light soy sauce a little black pepper powder, continue to fry for a while.complete!  



A simple and quick dish, Suitable  for those in a hurry or for beginners.
