Scrambled egg with tomato (西红柿炒鸡蛋)

Ingredient

 

5 tomatoes
Three eggs
A little sugar
Some chopped green onion
A little salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
A little garlic

 

Steps

1 Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Whisk the eggs, use a little salt, and prepare the minced garlic.

Heat the pan, put the oil, let the oil go around the pan, the oil is very hot, low heat, pour in the egg.stir-fry and set aside.

2 Add a little oil, medium heat, add the tomatoes, stir fry, add a little salt (technique), to get the tomato flavour. After the tomatoes, add the garlic, if the pan is dry, add a little water.

Going to saute tomato juice. add room temperature water, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat.

 

 4 Add sugar to taste. Cover and simmer.

When the tomato juice is half done, lay the eggs.

Add light soy sauce to taste. Finally, sprinkle with scallions and stir-fry freely.

 

Notice

If you have too much water at the last step, add Starch water. If there is too little water, add a little more hot water.
