Salad vegetables (凉拌油菜)

Ingredient

 

A moderate amount of Green vegetables
A moderate amount of vinegar
A moderate amount of garlic
A moderate amount of pepper
A moderate amount of soy sauce
A moderate amount of oyster sauce
A moderate amount of Sesame oil
A moderate amount of chopped green onion

Wash the vegetables

Bring the water to a boil and add the vegetables. Blanch, remove and drain.

Mince the garlic, chilies and scallions

 
4 Put the garlic, onion and chilli powder on the dish, add sesame oil, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, vinegar a little bit, add a little salt, mix well.

Mix well. Or you can put some hot oil on it and it will taste just as good.

 

 

Notice

Do not eat spicy also do not put pepper, taste can be adjusted according to their own taste. Feel delicious is the best food.
