Purple sweet potato steamed bread

Ingredient

 

2 purple potato

180g shimizu

15g sugar
5g yeast
450g flour

 

Steps

Peel and wash the purple potatoes, slice and steam until done.

2 Mash the steamed purple potatoes.Add sugar, yeast and flour, knead to form a smooth dough and ferment.

Mix water, yeast and sugar.

Pour in flour, knead until smooth, cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Cut into evenly sized dough preparation, knead each dough preparation until the surface is smooth and round, set aside

Knead the purple potato dough for two minutes and cut into small evenly sized pieces. Shape the white dough into a pie shape and wrap around the purple potato dough.Use a knife to make a slight cross cut on the surface.

Place in a steamer, cover and let rise for 20 minutes. Then steam in cold water for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and wait for 2 minutes, then you can take it out and eat.
