Potato latkes (土豆饼)


Two potatoes
One egg
Half a bowl of flour
One ham sausage
Chopped green onion half bowl
Half carrot
Half a bowl of corn kernels


1 Cut ham sausage and carrot into small cubes.

Steam potatoes, press into mashed potatoes, add eggs, corn, scallions, flour, diced carrots, ham sausage, 1 tablespoon salt, half a teaspoon of pepper, knead into a ball.

2 Divide the potato dough into small pieces, make them round and flatten, put them into a skillet with oil, fry them over low heat until golden brown on both sides!!
3 Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, super!
