Porridge with lean meat and vegetables

Porridge with lean meat and vegetables (瘦肉蔬菜粥)

Ingredient

23 g pig tenderloin
15 g carrot
A mushroom
6 g spinach
Rice porridge with 10g germ
5 g millet
Some salmon with rice mix

Steps

1 Prepare ingredients: pork tenderloin, mushroom, carrot, spinach, porridge rice, millet (add as much as you like)
2 Steam the carrots and rice together for 20 minutes. Porridge with lean meat and vegetables
3 Cook the pork fillet with a slice of lemon and remove. Boil the mushrooms. Porridge with lean meat and vegetables
4 Puree the steamed carrots, mushrooms and pork tenderloin in the blender. Porridge with lean meat and vegetables
5 Bring the water to the boil, pour in the rice and cook for one minute. Pour in the lean meat of carrot and mushroom and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Porridge with lean meat and vegetables
6 complete Porridge with lean meat and vegetables
