Pork Mushroom (猪肉金针菇)


250 g pork
200 g needle mushroom
30 g onion
25 g chili
15 g light soy sauce
10 g of Oyster sauce
15 g cornflour
10 g of salt


1 Wash and set aside. Slice the pork, add in the cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little salt, stir well and marinate for about 10 minutes…. Pork Mushroom
2 Heat the wok, add the meat, onion, pepper and stir fry.  Pork Mushroom
3 Turn to medium heat, add flammulina mushrooms, stir-fry. Pork Mushroom
4 Add appropriate water, turn the fire juice control attention to heat. Pork Mushroom
5 Add salt and we’re done. Pork Mushroom
