Pork Cooked with Green Chilli

Ingredient

 

Five green peppers

150 grams of pork belly

Three slices of ginger
4 a clove of garlic
1 tablespoon broad bean paste

Wash green pepper. Cut into segments or slices.

Slice the pork belly

Slice the ginger and garlic

Put the oil in the pot, add the meat and stir-fry, fry the oil. Lightly brown the meat, add ginger and garlic, and continue to stir-fry.

Add one tablespoon of broad bean paste and keep stir-frying

Add the chopped green pepper

Stir fry over high heat for about 30 seconds. Add a little sugar and soy sauce. Stir fry until smooth.

Notice

Fear of spicy can choose a little less spicy chili. Adding a little sugar can reduce the spiciness and, most importantly, improve freshness.
