Pearl milk  custard (珍珠奶冻)



400 grams of milk
Three slices gelatine
30 grams of sugar
1 pack of black tea
a little Brown sugar is
Right amount of pearl





Gelatin cold maceration, pour the milk in milk pan sugar black tea package. Simmer for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and stir in the soaked gelatine until melted. Pour into a container and refrigerate for more than 3 hours.
