Nutritious pork bone soup (营养猪骨汤)

Ingredient

 

500 grams of pig barrel bone
A moderate amount of salt
1 onion
A moderate amount of ginger
500 g yam
1 carrot
1  corn

Wash the bones of the pig, a few slices of ginger and green onion, white parts, a spoonful of cooking wine, put the bones in the blanch for two or three minutes, strain to remove the bubble

After blanching the bones, boil them in cold water with all the ingredients for 2 to 3 hours.

Remove the lid and stir gently every 20 or 30 minutes. When the yam is cooked, you can scoop up some of it and leave some of it, because the yam will melt when cooked for a long time.

The scallions are not added to the soup, but are added to the bowl according to personal preference
