Plain Noodles




Noodles for one person

Three green onion

A small spoon of salt

One teaspoon chicken essence

Two teaspoons of soy sauce

A spoonful of vinegar

Half a teaspoon of sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon cooking oil

Small amount of white pepper





Cut the scallions into small pieces. Mix with chicken essence, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and white pepper.
