25 g Peanut
5 Walnut
6 red jujube
6 dried longan
Coix seed 10 g
Black rice 25 g
Lotus seed 25 g
Brown rice 25 g
Millet, 40 g
50 g Red bean





Soak difficult ingredients (e.g. red beans/lotus seeds/brown rice) in water for 4-6 hours


Clean the soaked material. Put 1500 milliliters of water in the pot. Use less water if you like it thicker. Add all the ingredients.


Boil until the red beans split, and you’re almost done. Finally according to their own preferences. Add sugar and raisins.



The proportion of water and ingredients varies, as does the amount of time spent cooking porridge.
