Meat balsam pear (苦瓜酿肉)



1 root balsam pear
2 g of salt
2 teaspoons of starch
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
250 grams of meat




Cut off both ends of the bitter gourd and cut it into 1cm sections. Remove the pulp from the middle.



 .Put less salt and oil in the pot (to keep water, nutrients do not drain) into the pot blanch, remove, with cold water rinse for use.


Smooth with starch on both sides and in the middle of the incision. Add your favorite mince as much as possible.


Put the oil in the pan and fry the balsam pear until golden brown on both sides.


Sauce (oyster sauce, light soy sauce, starch, water). Boil in a pan. Cook until the bitter melon is tender, then heat up to dry the sauce.


Sprinkle with scallions before serving.
