Eight shrimp

Some meatballs

A section of lotus root

A handful of golden mushroom

A potato

Six mushroom

A moderate amount of vegetables

Seven dried chillies

Fifteen peppercorns

5 clove of garlic

A bag of dry pan bottom





First clean the shrimp. Wash and slice vegetables. Here prepared golden needle mushroom, mushroom, lotus root, potato, sweet potato, bean curd skin, Crispy sausage, fish tofu, shrimp dumplings, fish balls and some meatballs. You can also choose other vegetables you like.


Boil the vegetables except shrimp and green leafy vegetables in water until they are 80% cooked. Give the garlic a pat with a knife. It will taste better.


Add oil to the pan, add dried chili, sichuan peppercorns and garlic cloves and fry until fragrant.


Then add prawns and stir-fry until the shrimps turn red. Add a packet of spicy sauce. Turn down the heat and fry until hot.




Then add lotus root, sweet potato, mushroom, bean curd skin, stir fry. Finally, add green leafy vegetables. Stir fry evenly and season with salt to taste.


Sprinkle white sesame seeds on the plate, super spicy, with a bowl of rice. Perfect!



You can change any vegetable you like. Adjust the time of blanching according to each vegetable. Stir fry frequently, if you are using an iron pot be careful to stick to the pot.
