Steps

First clean the shrimp. Wash and slice vegetables. Here prepared golden needle mushroom, mushroom, lotus root, potato, sweet potato, bean curd skin, Crispy sausage, fish tofu, shrimp dumplings, fish balls and some meatballs. You can also choose other vegetables you like. |

Notice
You can change any vegetable you like. Adjust the time of blanching according to each vegetable. Stir fry frequently, if you are using an iron pot be careful to stick to the pot.
