Ice-sugar gourd

Ingredient

 

25 hawthorn
200 grams of sugar
200 grams of water
A small amount of sesame
5 root bamboo stick

Fresh hawthorn add salt rub clean, wipe clean with kitchen paper, or air dry, hawthorn above do not have redundant water.

When you cook the sugar. You can shake the pan, but you mustn’t stir it.
