 Hot and sour chicken giblets (酸辣鸡杂)



Chicken giblets 250 g
A moderate amount of White pepper to taste
Appropriate amount of granulated sugar
Dark soy sauce in moderation
Light soy sauce in moderation
Chicken right amount
A moderate amount of salt
A moderate amount of oil
The right amount of millet spicy
A moderate amount of garlic
Ginger in moderation
A moderate amount of  onion
Pickled peppers right amount
Celery right amount





Chicken giblets with salt and rinse with water several times. Then marinate for 5-10 minutes with a little salt and pepper. During this time, cut the garlic, ginger, scallion, celery, pickled pepper, small red pepper and set aside. Then prepare a small bowl, put a spoonful of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, a little sugar mix.


Put the oil, put the garlic, ginger down to stir-fry until fragrant, add bubble pepper and small red pepper, stir in the chicken miscellaneous fire for 2-3 minutes to stir in celery for 2 minutes, and then pour into the good sauce.


Stir-fry the sauce until it is almost dry. Add the scallion and chicken essence and stir-fry for 10 seconds.
