Garlic flavored chicken leg meat (蒜香鸡腿)

Ingredient

 

280g chicken leg meat
20 grams of corn starch
A green pepper
2 dried chilies
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 g of salt
30 grams of garlic

Wash two chicken legs, remove the bones, cut into 2-3 cm pieces, rinse with cold water.

Chop the garlic and cut the dried chilies and green chilies into small circles.

Add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce (15g) and 2 g salt to the chicken. Add all the garlic. Mix well and marinate for half an hour

 Add 20g starch to chicken and mix well. Coat all chicken with starch.

Put more oil in the pan, add the chicken pieces when the oil is hot and start frying. Turn over every minute and cook until both sides are slightly browned

Remove the Fried chicken from the pan, leaving a little oil at the bottom (pour out the excess oil), add the chili and the garlic in the marinade bowl and saute until fragrant.

Add chicken nuggets and stir-fry. Sprinkle with cumin and mix quickly.

Just sprinkle sesame seeds at the end!

 

 

Notice

Non-stick pan, be sure to use a non-stick pan, or the chicken with starch will stick to the pan when frying.
