Garlic chicken leg (蒜香鸡腿)

|1||Wash the chicken leg.
Marinate: Add 2 tablespoons chopped garlic, spring onion, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, a little salt, 1 tablespoon honey, an appropriate amount of black pepper, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, mix and marinate evenly for half an hour.
|2||Fry chicken drumsticks in oil until golden brown on both sides. Pour over remaining marinade sauce. Add half bowl of boiling water over chicken drumsticks and bring to a boil.
Bring to a simmer and cook until the broth is dry.
