
Fried rice with potato sausage (土豆香肠炒饭)
Ingredient
1 bowl of rice |
2 eggs |
2 sausage |
a potato |
1 tablespoon light soy sauce |
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce |
1 tablespoon oyster sauce |
A little sugar |
Steps

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the rice, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, a little sugar, stir well. |

Prepare 2 eggs, 2 sausages and 1 potato. |

Fry the potatoes in a pan with hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Add the diced sausage and fry for a while. Remove and set aside. |

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the eggs like this. |

Add the rice and stir well. |

Notice
Since light soy sauce and oyster sauce are both salty, they taste just right, so no salt is added. It’s better to make Fried rice with cold or leftovers.
