Fried pork liver (炒猪肝)

Ingredient

150 g pork liver
3 green garlic sprouts
3 cloves of garlic
A moderate amount of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 tablespoon cooking wine

Steps

Notice

Sweet potato flour, which is better than starch. Pork liver should not be cooked for too long or it will be too old.
