Fried milk



Milk, 500 g

Proper amount of bread bran
Proper amount of egg liquid
50g cornstarch
20 g condensed milk
50 g sugar



Add 500g of milk, 50g of sugar, 20g of condensed milk and 50g of cornstarch to a small saucepan. Mix well.

2 Bring to a low heat, stirring constantly, until creamy and thick. Then turn off the heat.make sure you keep stirring from the start to the end of the fire, or you’ll paste the bottom.  

Brush oil in container, pour batter into container, surface smooth, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.


After removing from the refrigerator, cut the milk cake into long square strips and coat them in turn with cornstarch, egg mixture and breadcrumbs.


Heat the oil to 160 degrees, add the milk cake and fry for about 30 seconds until the surface is golden.
