Fried Apricot bao mushroom

Ingredient

Apricot bao mushroom

50 g starch

One egg

2 g of salt

2 g pepper

Salt and pepper in moderation

Proper amount of chili powder

 Steps

Wash Apricot bao mushroom and cut into strips. Mix well with starch. Add salt and white pepper, mix well.

Place Apricot bao mushroom in egg batter and coat with egg batter. Add some oil to the pan and put the mushrooms into the pan one by one. Fry for 3 minutes until golden brown.

Heat oil again, add mushrooms and fry once more (2 minutes). Sprinkle with salt and chili powder.

Notice

The mushroom needs to be Fried twice.
