Steps

Wash Apricot bao mushroom and cut into strips. Mix well with starch. Add salt and white pepper, mix well. |

Place Apricot bao mushroom in egg batter and coat with egg batter. Add some oil to the pan and put the mushrooms into the pan one by one. Fry for 3 minutes until golden brown. Heat oil again, add mushrooms and fry once more (2 minutes). Sprinkle with salt and chili powder. |

Notice
The mushroom needs to be Fried twice.
