Corn kernels (snacks) (烧烤味的玉米粒)



Appropriate amount of corn kernels
A pinch of salt
A moderate amount of cayenne pepper
Cumin powder in moderation
Proper amount of ground Chinese prickly ash
A little oil





Boil the corn and let it cool. Peel off the kernels. Put a little oil in the pan,Add the corn and stir-fry.


2 Add groundChinese prickly ash, cumin powder, chilli powder and salt to taste. Stir well.  
3 It’s a great partner for snacks and drinks and, of course, wine.



The taste is according to their own preferences, I use pepper powder and cumin powder. You can also use ready-made barbecue ingredients.
