Chili beef (杭椒牛柳)

Ingredient

Beef tenderloin 200g
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 scoop of starch
5 g sugar
One piece of fermented bean curd
Cooking wine, 1 spoon
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
2 g of salt
One red round pepper
Four long chilies

Cut the beef into strips, add salt, soy sauce, fermented bean curd, cooking wine, pepper powder, oyster sauce, sugar, dry starch, grasp evenly and marinate for a quarter of an hour.

Cut the chilli into long strips and the garlic into minced pieces.

Add the oil to the wok. When the oil is not hot, add the marinated beef and fry until it changes color. Drain and set aside.

Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, add the chilli until spicy, add the beef and a little salt, stir quickly and evenly.

Notice

1, do not cut the beef too thick, it is not easy to cook.

2. If you don’t like to eat spicy food, you can replace the pepper with onion, which also tastes great.
