Cabbage rolls

Ingredient

 

The garlic in moderation

A cabbage

A little carrot
1 tablespoon corn starch
With a little soy sauce
A moderate amount of salt
A little pepper
1 TBSP white wine
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Five mushrooms
300 grams of raw meat
Moderate amount of corn starch
Some salt
a little Light soy sauce
A little pepper
a little oyster sauce
Two shallots

Wash the cabbage and cut out the leaves as shown in the picture.Boil in water until the cabbage is soft and let dry.

2 Prepare the meat, diced some cabbage stalks, diced carrots, diced mushrooms, and other seasonings. Stir well.

Wrap the meat one by one with cabbage and steam for about 15 minutes

Steamed cabbage roll will appear water, oil Fried Onions and garlic. Add the steamed cabbage soup, add the seasonings. Boil for a while with water and starch, and pour directly over the cabbage rolls.
