Braised Pork

Ingredient

 

500 g pork belly

15 g rock candy

Three tablespoons soy sauce

One tablespoon of dark soy sauce

Proper amount of ginger slice

A bay leaf

A piece of cinnamon

Wait two aniseed

Steps

Pork belly with skin cut into pieces, about 2 cm or so, add ginger slices in cold water. After boiling, remove the foam from the surface (leaving clear soup) .

In a separate pot, add rock sugar and a small amount of water. Turn to low heat, add a small amount of oil, fry for 15 seconds, add meat and stir fry for 15 seconds, add light soy sauce, continue to stir fry.

Then pour in the pork broth, cinnamon, aniseed and bay leaf. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for about 1 hour.

Until the soup is dry

 

 

 

Notice

You can taste it before you dry it. Add just the right amount of salt.
