Braise in soy sauce pig’s knuckles (红烧猪蹄)

Steps
1 | Wash pig’s feet and blanch them. Put the trotter into the pot when the water is cold. Bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes, remove and rinse with warm water, drain and set aside. | ![]() |

Put the oil in the pan, add the onion, ginger and garlic under it until fragrant. |

4 | Add star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon, dried Dried chilies, sichuan peppercorns stir-fry to give fragrance; |

Stir – Fried seasoning to set aside, the oil in the pot do not have to pick up in the pot. |

A few pieces of rock sugar into the pot (do not need to add oil), small fire until all rock sugar dissolved; |

Pour in the trotter and stir well. |

Add the hot water, bring to a boil, cover the pot, turn to a low heat and cook for 70-80 minutes. |
