Braise in soy sauce hairtail


Article 2-3 hairtail

1 the root spring onion

 7-9 clove of garlic

6-8 slices ginger

2-3 tablespoons soy sauce

Aged vinegar (rice vinegar) amount

A spoonful of sugar

2-3 tablespoons light soy sauce

2-3 tablespoons dark soy sauce

Some salt

Chinese prickly ash right amount

One egg

 2 tablespoons rice wine



First, prepare lots of scallions, ginger, garlic and vinegar.


Handle hairtail fish, scrape scales, reduce fishy smell. Handle the belt fish and marinate with cooking wine, pepper and salt for about 15 minutes. (about the scales of hairtail fish, if you don’t like to scrape, don’t scrape them.)


Prepare an egg or use flour. Will do. You can also add a little salt to the eggs, stir well, and then wrap the fish in the egg mixture and fry it in the oil.


Do not need too much oil in the pot, just put the hairtail into the pot, Fried hairtail can be out of the pot.

Put all the ingredients on the bottom of the pan and cover with the Fried ribbon fish. This will prevent the hairtail from burning the pan. Add cold water.   Add soy sauce, vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Watch the amount of water.



Fire boil the soup, out of the pot ~
