
Baked milk (烤牛奶)
Ingredient
600 grams of pure milk |
Three egg yolk |
25 grams of sugar |
60 grams of corn starch |
1 cheese slice |
Steps

Put the egg yolks, milk, sugar and cornstarch into the pan and mix well. |

Place on the fire, add the cheese slices, simmer and stir over low heat until it becomes a thick paste. Pour the cream paste into the mold, wipe the surface flat with a spatula, put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours, remove the cream paste from the mold and cut it into small pieces. |

Preheat THE ACA air frying oven 200 degrees in advance for 5 minutes, then put the milk cubes into the ACA air frying oven, select the air frying procedure and bake at 200 degrees for 8 minutes or so until the surface is brown. |
