Abalone mushroom in sauce


Two mushrooms

A green onion

Three clove of garlic

One tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce

A spoonful of oyster sauce

A spoonful of starch

White sugar right amount




1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of sugar, 1 tablespoon starch, 1/2 bowl of water, stir well.


Wash abalone mushrooms, cut into round pieces, cross – cut knife. Heat up a skillet and add oil. Fry mushrooms until golden brown on both sides. Remove.

Heat up a wok with some oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the sauce and bring to a boil


Let the soup dry, out of the pot before the sprinkle of scallion, quickly try it!



Be careful when cutting mushrooms! Don’t cut your hand.
