Boil water in a pot, then add beef slices, boil for 1 minute or so, remove and place on a plate to cool.
Sauce: 6 tablespoons minced garlic, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 tablespoons salt, 1 /2 teaspoons white sesame seeds, 1 bowl chili oil (seasoning bowl), 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 6 tablespoons light soy sauce, 8 tablespoons vinegar, and a small amount of red pepper. Stir well.(You can add it to your taste)
Arrange the cucumber on a plate, place the cooked beef slices, and finally pour the sauce.
Mix well and you’re done.
Sauces can also be added or subtracted to suit your taste.
